| Principal Duties: | Processing of over, short and damaged freight.
Investigation of shipment shortages. Confer with other terminal OS&D staff with respect to investigation of OS&D freight. Update and maintain shipment tracking systems. Arrange for delivery of recouped and found freight. Review internal claims prevention investigations. Maintain files and provide reporting to terminal management. Perrforming all other tasks associated with OS&D freight and other duties as may be assigned. Works mostly in the terminal office area; normal business hours with the possibility of some overtime work. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school required.
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications. |
| Preferred Requirements: | Related experience in OS&D preferred. |
