| Principal Duties: | Answer inquiries and provide information regarding Reimer services and policies specific to Trade Show events as well as being the on-site presence of Reimer Express at Trade Shows.
Inside customer support and assisting Trade Show Account Representatives in securing freight. Provide timely tracing and information by locating and monitoring the progression of shipments from pickup to delivery. Co-ordinate transportation services for events including scheduling of equipment & labour. Provide information and customize solutions to meet the changing needs of trade show customers. Attending shows to provide customer support; before, during and after the show. Performing all other tasks associated with serving Trade Show customers and other duties as may be assigned. Working Conditions: On-call, variable hours including weekend work. Frequent overnight travel to shows within the District with occasional travel beyond. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school.
Customer Service or Sales experience required. Excellent interpersonal communication and listening skills required. |
| Preferred Requirements: | Trade show experience preferred.
Post secondary education in Transportation or Business Management preferred. Experience in Dock, City Dispatch or Linehaul Operations preferred. |
