| Principal Duties: | Performing a variety of management duties in support of the terminal freight operation.
Align operational objectives with service center priorities. Prioritize, assign and monitor the work of Dock Supervisors, Dispatchers, and related operations personnel. Manage the Terminal operation and associated labour, equipment and facilities to achieve key business objectives. Other duties as may be assigned in support of the dock and freight handling operation. Variable schedule. Work almost entirely within the dock area and terminal compound. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school is required.
Several years of operational or administrative experience related to freight traffic required. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and train Service Center personnel. |
| Preferred Requirements: | A college diploma or university degree in business or transportation administration or equivalent experience preferred. |
