| Principal Duties: | Manage the Customer Care Team (CCT) to insure customer satisfaction and meet region revenue and revenue improvement objectives.
Create CCT strategy that leads to customer retention and growth, in partnership with the Director of Sales Development (DSD). Positively influence the customer experience by enabling the team and ensuring accountability for the hand off to meet customer requirements. Partner with Service Center managers to meet customer requirements. Provide resolution to first level escalation of customer service issues. Collaborate with Directors of Business Development (DBD) and DSD to develop business plans, manage accounts and implement strategic initiatives as required. Improve CCT efficiency through performance management, coaching, feedback, education and training. Manage all aspects of staffing for the CCT. Other duties as may be assigned. Works entirely in the local facility. Some travel may be required. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school required.
Superior communication skills required. Fluency in both official languages (English and French) required. Knowledge of Windows based computer applications. |
| Preferred Requirements: | Post secondary education preferred.
Experience in direct sales or customer service/call center management preferred. |
