| Principal Duties: | Overage, shortages, and damages (OS&D) plus general office duties.
Investigation of shipment shortages. Confer with other terminal OS&D staff with respect to investigation of OS&D freight. Update and maintain shipment tracking systems. Arrange for delivery of recouped and found freight. Review internal claims prevention investigations. Maintain files and provide reporting to terminal management. Process export papers. Other general office duties. Performing all other duties as assigned in support of the service centre's operation. Works mostly in the terminal office area; normal business hours with the possiblility of some overtime work; hours of work fluctuate depending on business volumes. |
| Minimum Requirements: | Completion of secondary school required.
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications. |
| Preferred Requirements: | Related experience in OS&D and general office preferred. |
