Job Title: Service Center Support Specialist
Location: Vancouver
Principal Duties: Performing a variety of clerical duties in support of the Service Center operation.

Facilitate the movement of international inbound shipments into Canada for delivery to ultimate destination.

Communicate with customs and brokers to achieve timely clearance and movement of shipments through usage of proper documentation and procedures.

Coordinate with trade show staff, dispatch and the service center dock supervisors to ensure timely delivery after release of shipments.

Ensure all inbound shipments are reported to Canada customs in a timely manner.

Ensure timely movement of cruise ship freight.

Maintain proper records regarding the movement of bond shipments.

Other duties as assigned in support of the service center operation.

Works within the Terminal office. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, may require some overtime.
Minimum Requirements: Completion of secondary school.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General office/Customer service experience required.
